Many people in our church family are serving others as a way of life. Through our addiction recovery ministry, our jail ministry, local pregnancy centers, partnerships with local schools and universities, our Sunday transportation ministry, and many other local ministries, the people of First Baptist Church of Milford are showing what it means to follow Jesus.

We are honored that 20 missionary families actively serve God around the world who call First Baptist their home church. In addition to those families, we also partner with over 40 other missionaries or ministries who are creatively making an eternal difference in the lives of people all over the world.

And that is just a snippet of what our church ministries or ministry partners are accomplishing around the world. From translating God’s Word for a Bibleless people group, serving on medical missions trips, giving a person their first copy of God’s Word, or teaching young people how to be leaders for Christ in their community, there are countless opportunities.

The church is people, not a building. And we are so thankful for all of the people who call First Baptist Church of Milford their home church. And without the host of members who give, serve, love, and lead, we could not extend our mission to help all people find and follow Jesus. Giving in tithes and offerings worships God. At the same time, we also recognize that giving to God through our church is an act of trust. For that reason, we endeavor to be good stewards of every single resource God has entrusted to us. Every single dollar given will serve our mission to help all people find and follow Jesus.
